North Bay Bavarian is Santa Rosa’s one-stop shop for both BMW Inspection I Maintenance and BMW Inspection II Maintenance. BMW uses alternating maintenance schedules to keep your BMW running strong. The minor schedule (Inspection I) and major schedule (Inspection II) alternate.

The exact intervals at which you need maintain your BMW are based on the year your car was manufactured. Your mileage, driving habits, minutes per trip, road conditions and weather conditions also impact the frequency at which you need to maintain your BMW.

Models 1991 and before require Inspection I at 15,000 miles, 30,000 miles, 45,000 miles, 75,000 miles, etc.

Models 1992-1998 and the 1999 E36 require Inspection I at 20,000 miles, 60,000 miles, 100,000 miles, etc.

Models 1999 to Now (excluding the ’99 E36) require Inspection I at 30,000 miles, 90,000 miles, 150,000 miles, etc.

Models 1991 and before require Inspection II at 30,000 miles, 60,000 miles, 90,000 miles, 120,000 miles, etc.

Models 1992-1998 and the 1999 E36 require Inspection II at 40,000 miles, 80,000 miles, 120,000 miles, etc.

Models 1999 to Now (excluding the ’99 E36) require Inspection II at 60,000 miles, 120,000 miles, 180,000 miles, etc.
