Exceptional Service and Emergency Help from Rob! I have been bringing my 2007 BMW wagon to North Bay Bavarian since August 2023. My service advisor, Rob, knows me on a first-name basis and always treats me with maximum courtesy and professionalism. On Thursday, October 8th, I discovered a major safety crisis as identified earlier by Sean during a routine oil change: the inner walls of my front tires were worn down dangerously to 2mm. I called Rob late in the afternoon with a last-minute request. Despite their full schedule, Rob shuffled things around to help and had me come in first thing Friday morning, provided a free shop loaner vehicle, and completed a brand-new set of tires and an alignment by 5:00 PM that evening. Rob took the time to walk me through the alignment sheet, explaining that worn front suspension components were pulling the wheels out of spec (which I have since fixed). While a minor brake switch issue triggered a dashboard warning light during the quick emergency turnaround, Rob took absolute accountability. I came back the following Monday, and he got it resolved immediately. Rob’s genuine care for customer safety and dedication to standing behind his work go a long way. His excellent service is the primary reason I highly recommend North Bay Bavarian. Thank you, Rob!

I starting going to North Bay Bavarian after another shop was doing not so good of a service to me or my car. North Bay has been nothing but a upstanding shop friendly staff and reasonable prices. I will give them my business anytime my car needs it. their knowledgeable staff I'm sure they can Handle whatever the problem. I had my brakes done this last visit on my 650i perfect give them a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed as you might be with your present shop

This is the place that will make you a list of what your car needs, in order of importance, and let you decide how and when to check that list off. When they do something, they do it right. They know BMWs and Minis, and they get to know you. If you own one of these brands, you should get to know them.

Bring 2 different BMW's here and have received great, prompt service with prices that beat all of the other BMW specialist by quite a big margin..highly recommend them for their maintenance, price, and friendly service.

My Mini Cooper had a radio failure. Who knew how challenging it would be to figure out how to fix/and or replace it? I spent hours researching and learning the complexities, calling radio repair, discussing with the dealer, etc. No one could help and no one got back to me, I was told it would be almost impossible to replace and extremely expensive to fix................ That is until I took it to Sean at North Bay Bavarian. He had my car for the day and was able to get it back on FM (which no one else could) as well as give us an option to replace it. For the little driving we do, we opted for the less expensive option, happy to just get FM back, but how wonderful to have a choice! My son has a BMW and had been told by his BMW obessed friend North Bay Bavarian is THE place to go. I couldn't agree more. This shop knows what they are doing, so, less money and time is spent. I felt like a weight had been lifted, a big problem solved, thanks to Sean. Kind, wise, fair, knowledgeable and honest.
