My car starting smoking randomly a couple of weeks ago. I immediately called North Bay…I asked if someone could check it out, they were transparent and said they will look at it but and fixes needed would be completed several days later (which was totally fine). They called me back in a couple of days as promised. The best part about this short story is that, no one knew going in what may be the ultimate problem and solution; we ALL thought the worst (blown head gasket)…and instead of this crew charging me an arm and a leg, they actually found the culprit, fixed it and I was able to drive my car off the lot for a few hundred dollars. I appreciate their integrity and great workmanship!!! I will continue to take my car to North Bay Bavarian for great service!!!

I have taken a few vehicles to these guys for a few tasks, recently for the change out on my X5 a/c evap, which is a pretty invasive project on the interior. They were able to get this knocked out in a few days and I was back on the road with some ice-cold a/c.
