Warning light came on while I was on a road trip. It was after hours so I stopped for the night and was able to make an appointment here for the morning. They were kind enough to get me right in and on my way by noon. I was very happy with the service. The price was on par with what I normally pay at my mechanic. Would recommend.

Great thorough service . Done while I waited.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at North Bay Bavarian. Most recently, I brought my car in for an oil change and brake fluid flush, and everything went perfectly smooth from start to finish.

They consistently take great care of both my car and me, which really sets them apart. You can tell they genuinely care about the work they do, and it shows in the quality and attention to detail.

The overall vibe at the shop is awesome too, super welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about BMWs. If you’re into BMWs, this is honestly the only place you want to go.

I bought a new, to me, 2016 Mini Cooper. Back brakes were going out and brought it in. These fine fellows got it completed on the same day. They also did an oil change. I appreciate them getting work done in a timely manner.

Very pleased with the friendly attitude and technical expertise of the staff. And the work was done in a timely manner. AND WAS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE QUOTE I GOT FROM THE BMW DEALERSHIP. Great to have a reasonable alternative.

Great honest people. My 2008 m5 e60 had a misfire in cylinder 8 and they were quickly able to find the problem aswell as fix it. I also had them change out my clutch and flywheel and they also provided the other parts needed while replacing with no hassle or stress. Will be bringing my cars there again!

It was my first time going to North Bay Bavarian, and I must say, I was quite impressed with their diligence and workmanship. Their knowledge of my car and what it needed was spot on and I won't hesitate to take my car there again. I should also note that their prices are quite reasonable.

Matt and his team at North Bay Bavarian get my highest recommendation for professionalism, service, and quality of work. I purchased coilovers for my 1981 BMW E12 and was coming up short finding a shop that could install them. A friend recommended North Bay Bavarian and I was pleased to find out they were very experienced with older BMWs. They also had previous experience installing coilovers that required some fabrication. The installation was fast and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend North Bay Bavarian for all your BMW or euro car needs. New or vintage they do it all.

The absolute best repair shop for my Mini Cooper.

Super efficient. Quick and easy online scheduling with lots of availability. We purchased a 2025 BMW from Carmax and wanted a second opinion on the inspection of the vehicle. The vehicle inspection appointment was fast and thorough. We are glad to report our new Beemer has a clean bill of health. We will be sure to return for routine maintenance.
