very kind and prompt. They informed me that i needed a new Water Management Module my 2019 330i and gave me a verbal quote. Upon further PERSONAL research I discovered that that repair was, in fact, covered under the California mandated, 7 year Emission Control warranty. NBB had NOT pointed that out to me and were ready to fix it themselves and charge me. I was very disappointed that they did not inform me of the warranty repair path which, it turns out. they could not provide for me.

I had a diagnostic review of my 2016 Audi. They explained everything that would be done . The cost was very fair , they had my car for about 2 hours. Everything was good , and that a regular oil change and service would be proactive into keeping the car running well. The gentleman behind the desk was very knowledgeable along with the owner who was also behind the desk. It was a very good experience and would recommend North Bay Bavarian to all who want to keep there car running for a long time.

These guys are the BEST! Their father owned the business before them. I’ve heard older folks speak of Matt & Jame's father as a man of integrity. I’ve been seeing Matt & James since I bought my first BMW … 25-30 years ago. Their mechanics have the same training as the mechanics at the dealers. Matt & James even recognize my voice when I call. As a woman, I insist that I drive a very very safe & reliable car. Matt & James have integrity, honesty and a team committed to good hard work. They do a great job and I completely trust them and recommend them. Bryce is an excellent mechanic on the team, I joke and say that my car is his car … I think he knows all the “in’s & out’s” of my specific car. These guys are good men, raising families, contributing to the community. When I occasionally need road-side-service for a small matter, all of those mechanics who probably know all the dealers in town always say, “OH YES, MATT & JAMES AT BAVARIAN MOTORS ARE THE BEST AROUND, IT’S GOOD YOU WORK WITH BAVARIAN MOTORS FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING RELIABLE SERVICE FOR YOUR CAR.” These guys are friendly, caring, professional and 5-STARS. Saved my road trip! Excellent, timely service when my water pump failed during a trip down the coast. Got me back on the road quickly, despite my lack of a reservation, and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

I took my (new to me) used Beemer there for an inspection. They were thorough, detailed and honest about what needed to be done and what could be deferred. Great service. Since then they have performed other repairs. They are consistently professional, transparent and really easy to work with. I trust them completely.

Always great service

My car starting smoking randomly a couple of weeks ago. I immediately called North Bay…I asked if someone could check it out, they were transparent and said they will look at it but and fixes needed would be completed several days later (which was totally fine). They called me back in a couple of days as promised. The best part about this short story is that, no one knew going in what may be the ultimate problem and solution; we ALL thought the worst (blown head gasket)…and instead of this crew charging me an arm and a leg, they actually found the culprit, fixed it and I was able to drive my car off the lot for a few hundred dollars. I appreciate their integrity and great workmanship!!! I will continue to take my car to North Bay Bavarian for great service!!!
