amazing work. FAIR price dont care what anyone says on google! oftentimes they UNDER charge me! fixed multiple hoses only charged me for one. did some free diag (sorry team) and great service! this is the ONLY BMW SHOP to get treated fairly with KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. even the front desk service manager knows these cars inside and out truly grateful… to be able to speak with people who understand BMW and all engines

Quick turnaround and right on estimate for a taillight issue on a Mini. And then did a complete safety inspection. Great people.

Bring 2 different BMW's here and have received great, prompt service with prices that beat all of the other BMW specialist by quite a big margin..highly recommend them for their maintenance, price, and friendly service.

My Mini Cooper had a radio failure. Who knew how challenging it would be to figure out how to fix/and or replace it? I spent hours researching and learning the complexities, calling radio repair, discussing with the dealer, etc. No one could help and no one got back to me, I was told it would be almost impossible to replace and extremely expensive to fix................ That is until I took it to Sean at North Bay Bavarian. He had my car for the day and was able to get it back on FM (which no one else could) as well as give us an option to replace it. For the little driving we do, we opted for the less expensive option, happy to just get FM back, but how wonderful to have a choice! My son has a BMW and had been told by his BMW obessed friend North Bay Bavarian is THE place to go. I couldn't agree more. This shop knows what they are doing, so, less money and time is spent. I felt like a weight had been lifted, a big problem solved, thanks to Sean. Kind, wise, fair, knowledgeable and honest.

I knew my little Audi was in good hands, the guys found things a repaired then. Polite, professional great service. These guys are very informative from the start and care about their service.

It was the first time brought my BMW X1 to this shop and immediately felt comfortable. Shawn at the front desk was very helpful, answered all of my questions and told me what I needed and more importantly what I didn’t need! Price was very reasonable! I’ll be going back!
