I can’t recommend North Bay Bavarian enough. As a first-time customer who had just purchased a 1975 BMW 2002, I was looking for a shop I could trust, and they completely exceeded my expectations. They never made me feel rushed or talked down to because I was new to classic BMW ownership. Instead, they treated me like they genuinely cared about helping me enjoy my new car. Their knowledge of vintage BMWs is obvious. They knew exactly what to look for, explained how the car should perform, pointed out things to keep an eye on, and gave me confidence that my 2002 was in good hands. I took my (new to me) used Beemer there for an inspection. They were thorough, detailed and honest about what needed to be done and what could be deferred. Great service. Since then they have performed other repairs. They are consistently professional, transparent and really easy to work with. I trust them completely.

My car starting smoking randomly a couple of weeks ago. I immediately called North Bay…I asked if someone could check it out, they were transparent and said they will look at it but and fixes needed would be completed several days later (which was totally fine). They called me back in a couple of days as promised. The best part about this short story is that, no one knew going in what may be the ultimate problem and solution; we ALL thought the worst (blown head gasket)…and instead of this crew charging me an arm and a leg, they actually found the culprit, fixed it and I was able to drive my car off the lot for a few hundred dollars. I appreciate their integrity and great workmanship!!! I will continue to take my car to North Bay Bavarian for great service!!!

Service included an oil change and check up on a 2022 M240i. North Bay Bavarian was prompt, friendly and thorough. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

I have taken a few vehicles to these guys for a few tasks, recently for the change out on my X5 a/c evap, which is a pretty invasive project on the interior. They were able to get this knocked out in a few days and I was back on the road with some ice-cold a/c. They reassembled everything back to factory fit, I couldn't be happier with the overall experience! Thanks a million, North Bay Bavarian Team!!!
